1. Who we are & how to contact us

FaceTrack Studio is operated by [YOUR LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [a sole trader / a limited company registered in England and Wales, company number [NUMBER]], trading from [YOUR ADDRESS].

Customer support
Email: hello@facetrack.net We reply to every message within [1–2] working days. Post: [YOUR ADDRESS]

2. What the service is

FaceTrack Studio is subscription software for video editors. It tracks a face or object through a video clip and produces motion keyframes you can apply to that clip in Adobe Premiere Pro.

Your subscription includes:

Your video files are processed entirely on your own computer and are never uploaded to us.

Requirements: a current web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) and, for the panel, Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 or newer on Windows or macOS. Adobe Premiere Pro is sold separately by Adobe and is not included.

3. Pricing & billing

FaceTrack Studio costs £19.99 per month, including any applicable VAT. Payments are collected by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

4. Refund & cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the My account page on this site — it takes two clicks and needs no email to us. You keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If FaceTrack Studio isn't working for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

After that first 14 days:

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

UK and EU customers: you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By starting to use the software immediately you agree we may begin supplying it within that period; this does not affect the 14-day refund we offer above.

If we end your subscription

If we suspend or end your access for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the month.

5. Licence & acceptable use

While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use FaceTrack Studio on one computer at a time. If you change computer, contact us and we'll move your licence across.

You agree not to:

Your work is yours. Anything you create with FaceTrack Studio — tracked footage, keyframes, finished videos — belongs entirely to you, including for commercial use. No attribution needed. Keyframes already applied in Premiere stay in your project permanently, even after your subscription ends.

6. Privacy & your data

We store only what we need to run your account:

We never receive:

We use Stripe for payments and Resend for account emails. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use advertising trackers.

You can ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it at any time by emailing hello@facetrack.net. We action that within 30 days.

7. Liability

We work hard to keep FaceTrack Studio accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Tracking quality depends on your footage, and we cannot guarantee a particular result on every clip.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
