1. Who we are & how to contact us
FaceTrack Studio is operated by EH Three, based in the United Kingdom.
2. What the service is
FaceTrack Studio is subscription software for video editors. It tracks a face or object through a video clip and produces motion keyframes you can apply to that clip in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Your subscription includes:
- The web-based tracker, used in your browser
- The FaceTrack Studio panel for Adobe Premiere Pro
- Unlimited tracking, on one computer at a time
- All updates released while your subscription is active
Your video files are processed entirely on your own computer and are never uploaded to us.
Requirements: a current web browser (Chrome or Edge recommended) and, for the panel, Adobe Premiere Pro 2025 or newer on Windows or macOS. Adobe Premiere Pro is sold separately by Adobe and is not included.
3. Pricing & billing
FaceTrack Studio costs £19.99 per month, including any applicable VAT. Payments are collected by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
- You are charged when you subscribe, then on the same date each month.
- Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.
- If a payment fails, we retry for a few days before access is suspended.
4. Billing, cancellation & refunds
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the My account page on this site — two clicks, no email required. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Payments already taken are non-refundable, including for part-used months and for months where you did not use the software. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
Two exceptions, because the law requires them:
- Your 14-day right to cancel. UK and EU consumers buying online normally have 14 days to change their mind. By starting to use the software immediately you agree we may begin supplying it within that period, which affects that right — but if you have not used it, ask us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it.
- If the software is faulty or does not do what this page says it does, and we cannot put it right, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Get in touch and we will sort it.
If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, that is our mistake and we will refund it immediately.
If we end your subscription
If we suspend or end your access for a reason other than a breach of these terms, we refund the unused part of the month.
5. Licence & acceptable use
While your subscription is active we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use FaceTrack Studio on one computer at a time. The lock is set the first time the panel is activated and cannot be moved. If you need the panel on a different computer, cancel this subscription and start a new one there.
You agree not to:
- Share your licence key or account with anyone else
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software
- Reverse engineer or attempt to bypass the licensing
Your work is yours. Anything you create with FaceTrack Studio — tracked footage, keyframes, finished videos — belongs entirely to you, including for commercial use. No attribution needed. Keyframes already applied in Premiere stay in your project permanently, even after your subscription ends.
6. Privacy & your data
We store only what we need to run your account:
- Your email address
- Your password, stored only as a cryptographic hash — we cannot read it
- Your licence key and subscription status
- A device identifier, so your licence works on one computer
We never receive:
- Your video files — tracking happens entirely on your computer
- Your card details — those go directly to Stripe
We use Stripe for payments and Resend for account emails. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we don't use advertising trackers.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from the My account page — it cancels your subscription, stops your licence key working, and erases your details immediately. If you would rather we did it, email ehthree.team@gmail.com and we will action it within 30 days.
7. Liability
We work hard to keep FaceTrack Studio accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Tracking quality depends on your footage, and we cannot guarantee a particular result on every clip.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
