1 · Track your clip
Saves FaceTrack-Studio.html. Double-click it, drop your clip in, draw a box
or pen shape around your subject, press Track, then click
Send to Premiere panel to get a .ftrk file.
You only need to save the app once — keep it somewhere handy.

3 · Apply to your timeline
Click the clip in your timeline to select it first. Keyframes land on the clip's
own Motion effect and stay fully editable in Effect Controls.
